After watching The Game Changers and writing the post about Vitamin B12 I was motivated to eat only plant-based. Then watching the podcast episode from Joe Rogan Joe Rogan Experience #1389 - Chris Kresser Debunks “The Gamechangers” Documentary

made me think that a Paleo diet would be a better way to go.
a dietary plan based on foods similar to what might have been eaten during the Paleolithic era, which dates from approximately 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago. A paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds — foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering. A paleo diet limits foods that became common when farming emerged about 10,000 years ago. These foods include dairy products, legumes and grains. - Mayo Clinic
Two days ago Joe Rogan had a debate with one of the producers and also narrator of The Game Changers documentary James Wilks and with Chris Kresser from the earlier podcast episode where they debunked the movie.

Watching this made me feel to go for a plant-based only diet again, but I think I will stick to my current plan, because it works and feels good since round about half a year, which is
a mainly plant-based diet 80-100% of the week
Included I take Vitamin B12 as supplement, Vitamin D as supplement, Protein Powder, Green Superfood Powder like Athletic Greens combined with a Morning Smoothie and Omega-3 Capsules in combination with doing Intermittent Fasting and mainly drinking just water.
