I never researched about it because I thought it was clear that humans only get Vitamin B12 from foods of animal origin, such as meat poultry, fish, seafood, eggs and milk.
A while ago I watched The Game Changers, a documentary about plant-based diets and how among other things they improve physical performance. In it Vitamin B12 was mentioned regarding vegans wouldn’t get enough B12 without supplementation. The thing is that farmed animals too get their B12 from supplements because of the declining soil quality.
Why not just cut the middle man and take directly B12 as supplement?
