In short my morning routine looked like this:
- Wake up at 6 AM
- Brush my teeth
- Prepare Hot Water to drink
- Read 1h
- Answer the morning questions of The Five Minute Journal App
- Train for the planche ~30min (Tue, Thu, Sa)
- Train ~1h (Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Take a cold shower
- Have my morning smoothie
Since I wanted to create more I replaced reading 1h with working on side projects like The Five Minute Journal App. What I realized is that even if it’s only 1h the progress accumulated on these days is very productive. That doesn’t mean I don’t read anymore daily. I still read 1h in my evening routine.
