When you read the quote above, you will think of products which people start to use because it fixes a problem for them e.g. iPhone, the Internet.
But I think it’s also a good reminder if you just try to explain something to someone else and they don’t get it then just show them what you mean by using a picture, a product demo, a video, just whatever they can see with their own eyes (you can go further with listening to it, feeling it, using it, …). They will then tell you how they see it, what they think about it and their opinion about it. This reminds me that only because you understand what you are talking about, that doesn’t mean the other person will understand it in the same way.
