As I wrote in the post #42: Diet Plan I eat mainly plant-based 80-100% a week, but right now I would say I will increase that number to 95-100% (The 5% is just to be able to make exceptions e.g. someone invites me for a dinner and prepared something non-plant based), because I just don’t have any desire to eat meat anymore (also other animal products like milk and eggs), the funny thing is, that I didn’t plan it. As default replacement for meat I use Tofu and in the last time I tried more and more of these plant-based burgers and fake meat and the taste is as good as that of real meat, so why should I continue buying real meat…
