Few days ago I just wanted to inform Air Asia via their twitter support account @AirAsiaSupport that I just couldn’t attend an already booked flight, so that they save a little time not needing to callout my name on the specific flight date at the airport. The reason I couldn’t attend the flight was just that I booked the wrong one, nothing else. So I just wrote them and got directly a response:
